1. Shipping & Processing Times
- Very Rare Aura ships orders every Wednesday and Thursday.
- All orders are handmade so please allow us up to 1-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. This doesn't include weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-7 days for shipping depending on your location.
- If there are any delays, we will communicate on Instagram.
We are not responsible for invalid information entered so, please make sure you re-read all information that you enter & submit. If you realize that you entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately via email.
2. Refund & Return Policy
- All sales are final due. If a mistake is made with your order or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof so we can further assist you.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks (not including weekends & holidays) to process + ship your order! (If additional items need to be purchased, this allows us to receive the items & make your order)

4. Lost Package Policy
- After a package leaves Very Rare Aura, we are no longer responsible for it.
- If your package gets lost in the USPS system, stolen, damaged or is marked "delivered" but you didn't recieve, please your local post office. Your package comes with $100 worth of insurance which means you can file a claim.
- If your package was returned due to a wrong address, you will be contacted & you will have to pay a re-ship fee!

You can track your order using the USPS Tracking website using the tracking number provided in the email when your order has been shipped.
